I haven't visited Laura Vinroot Poole's store, Capitol, in more than five years, so when I saw this wonderful installation by French botanist Patrick Blanc that she commissioned featured in the latest issue of Garden & Gun, it made me think that it might be time to haul my cookies to the Queen City for a look see.
